This tool transliterates Uyghur; it does not translate between languages. Arabic output has no uppercase letters. Arabic input produces lowercase Cyrillic; Latin capitalization follows your ULY options.
A few useful details.
ULY uses ch, sh, gh, ng, zh, ö, ü, é (ë is also accepted). An apostrophe separates letters, as in n'g, or marks an internal hamza. Letters without a Uyghur equivalent are kept; review names, borrowed words and mixed-language text.
Alphabet and conversion references
Letter correspondences and hamza conventions follow the BGN/PCGN Uyghur romanization guide and the alphabet table in Reading Uyghur. Common noun suffix rules are guided by Dwyer’s Uyghur grammar sketch. Context uses an original, limited list of common word pairs rather than a trained sentence model.
